As you review the costs of this over nine-month process, keep in mind that you are keeping two lives healthy and happy, the surrogate and your soon-to-be newborn. Please know that we will be there at every step of the process to ensure all medical, physical, and emotional needs are met. There are also recommended resources available for financial assistance. $25,000 | 1st Agency Installment- Due upon signing our Agency Agreement
$20,000 | 2nd Agency Installment- Due upon surrogate medical clearance
$5,000 | 3rd Agency Installment- Due upon confirmation of pregnancy and visible heartbeat

*International fee -$2,500 US (paid at signing of agency agreement). Each wire transfer will be charged a $35 bank processing fee.
*If you are using both our egg donor program and surrogacy program please note you will be given an agency discount of $2,000.00.

Paid to Surrogate in 10 installments over the course of the pregnancy, beginning with confirmation of heartbeat ultrasound at 6 weeks.
Surrogate will be paid a $500.00 sign on bonus once they are matched and initial contracts are in place (Part of total compensation).
$500.00 per attempt | Embryo Transfer Fee
Paid after each embryo transfer procedure. Does not include per diem, airport parking, airport shuttles, air travel/mileage/hotel expenses.
Maternity Clothing Expense
$500.00 singleton | Singleton payment made with 4th month payment.
$800.00 multiples | Multiples payment made with 3rd month payment.
Monthly Stipend for Expenses
In lieu of itemized reimbursements, a monthly fee of $200.00 per month covers mileage under 75 miles round-trip, local travel expenses including meals; housekeeping; childcare for local appointments; telephone calls; and miscellaneous expenses such as pregnancy test kits, vitamins, and other incidentals related to the surrogacy.
Begins at contract signing through one month after birth or at termination
of surrogacy contract. $200.00 month/ estimated at 16 months.
Psychological Screening and Support Fees

Includes in depth assessment and administering of psychological testing for carrier and spouse (if applicable). Some clinics require their own psychological protocol.

Medical Insurance for Surrogate- $4,500.00- 9,000.00 If Surrogate’s existing policy will not cover a surrogacy pregnancy or if she has no health insurance: ($300-$600 monthly est.) Appropriate health insurance is purchased by IPs. If Surrogate has health insurance coverage that does not exclude a surrogacy pregnancy IPs are responsible for co-pays & deductibles as determined by the insurance policy.* *Surrogates who have insurance that covers a surrogacy pregnancy are eligible to receive an increase in their base fee up to $5000 depending upon their policy coverage. *Please note the total for surrogate insurance can be significantly higher, and will vary by state and provider. Life Insurance for Surrogate- $ 400.00 Purchase of a $250,000 term policy for Surrogate in case of accidental death. Medical Insurance for Child(ren)- IPs must secure health insurance for their child or children to take effect upon birth. Lost Wages |

In general, the cost for gestational surrogacy (including all agency fees, attorneys’ fees, screening and surrogate fees, and medical and insurance costs) range from around $80,000 to $120,000.
